Generally I love Longos. I have one near my home that gives consistently stellar service. This Brampton location is on my way home from work so I occasionally stop there and the service is consistently bad. I often go for the Thursday pizza special but not anymore. 40 minute wait tonight. She said there were a lot of people in front of me. I asked if she wanted my name - she said "no". How can she keep track of "all the people" in front of me if she doesn't take names? Complete opposite to the Longos on Thomas Street that is super fast and the staff are always pumped to serve you.

Top notch for quality and variety. Incredible self serve salad and hot food tables. Fresh in-house made pizzas and artisanal sandwiches. Long is is one of my favorite places to stop for lunch and pickup a few things.
Very clean, lots of parking and the produce section is fantastic. They also have a great hot table section and they do sell La Rocca cakes through the bakery department. The prices are a little higher than the competition but its difficult to fault the store for anything else.
Food - brings people together made strangers as friends, dive into the whole of unknown as variety of selection is offered.by 11.15am went to pick a cake to celebrate a co workers birthday.Accidentally pass the food selection , temptation gave in and decided to buy the 10$ meal entree.whoever is working behind that kitchen / serving centre serving food need to know Customer serve is the main thing to attract us back.As I do not want beef due to my own personal reason ask the gentlemen a very simple question, that question did upset him as he though I am not able to understand his reply .As he was turning his back , he mumbled few words and his co workers ( the female )started to laugh and looked at me.I felt I wanted to exchange words but then realised that this need to be addressed in the right platform. ( which is here)kitchen staff need to be trained - to smile when serving food. and also have respect and courtesy. The same experience I was expecting when i walk into any fast food place when they serving my food/ meal.if you can't make someone morning then please don't ruin it.The cake was awesome!!!!!Thank you
