Not very clean, the place looks messy and the overall upkeep is poor. My chair was broken and the balls that massage the back were stopped in between my back so I couldn't lean back nor would they move me to another chair. The lady kim who did my nails was great but the overall upkeep of the place is poor.
they dont have good timings and do not know how to make appointments accordingly. i made an appointment for 5 and its currently 630& i am still waiting.
My New Nail Destination!I've recently moved out of Brampton and I've been looking for a new nail salon in other cities. However, I came across this place through a recommendation from a coworker. I work in the area and for the last two months I've been getting my nails done over my lunch break. Lori's Nails & Spa is clean, fast, affordable, and does my nails just how I like them. I don't know about the other Google reviews and their experiences, but for those more seasoned with nail appointments, ITS A NAIL SALON...it's clean and it's decent. I've always called ahead to ensure availability and they are on par. The staff has always been courteous and Ive had different technicians work on my nails and theyve done a very good job. I for one have found my new nail place and I love it!
I always go here. Linda and Nancy are my favourites. My nails always turn out great. Staff is pleasant and friendly. I get bio gel nails and shellac colour. Even after three weeks the gel and shellac look great.
Place over charged me, my sister in law went there they charged her $35 for a Mani and pedi I went there they charged me $45. Watch out!! I personally would give them zero stars!
