Hanhs is not what it used to be. The service, professionalism, cleanliness, and overall experience has really gone downhill and is now extremely bad. Hanhs used to be my go to salon for facials and massages but I will never go back here again. It's a real shame. I got a facial and it was so rushed and uncomfortable as if the technician had to be somewhere else. I booked this facial weeks in advance and was looking forward to it. It was not a relaxing experience. She was very rough and kept going in and out of the room. Halfway through the facial, she told me that vitamin c is not the right one for me. I wish she took the time at the beginning to know my skin and provide a recommendation, like a professional spa place would do or just don't say anything especially halfway through the process. At the end of the facial, she left the door half way open that I couldn't even change comfortably. This place is the worst, my family and I will never come here again.
Absolutely terrible experience! I went in for a massage and nail service, and it was a complete waste of money. They barely have any nail colours to choose from, and the staff clearly lacks proper training or experience. Everything felt rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service — she talks like she’s doing you a favour. The whole place seems to care only about taking your money, not about providing good service or making customers happy. If you value your time and money, I strongly suggest avoiding this place!
My husband and I got the cupid couples package. Had a wonderful relaxing, quality time together. Services were excellent, great environment, friendly staff, and my masseuse, Baljit, was excellent. Definitely would recommend.
BEWARE OF GIFT HAHN CARDS... THE VALUE OF GIFT CARD IS REDIRECTED BACK TO THE PURCHASER RENDERING THE CARD INVALID. I was given a gift card in 2020 decided to use after a long period of time in Jan 2025. when I used their gift card to pay for the spa service, I was told that there was no money on the card and the funds had been used in 2024. ( I had to pay for the services, and I was not reimbursed because the it was "used"). It turns out the funds were redirected to the person that purchased the gift card. If that person has their own gift cards to the spa and reports them lost or stolen, and the spa has the purchaser on file, The spa redirects unused gifted card values back to that person. Yes, their gift cards never expire, but the physical gift card no matter who has possession is left with no money. Check to make sure your gift card has the gifted value before your spa treatment... it just might cost you!
Yesterday I had an apt with Vanessa to get gel polish removed and a classic manicure done. I have never been to this spa before and was very impressed by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere when I first walked in. Was just a bit hot in the manicure area so maybe put the AC up a bit. I must say I was beyond impressed by Vanessa and the way she did my nails. She was friendly yet professional. She didn’t kill my nails. She in fact took her time soaking off the gel polish and didn’t use that god awful nail file drill. Was very relaxing and great conversation as well. I will definitely go back to see Vanessa for my future manicure needs and other spa treatments. Thank you Vanessa for a good first impression and a relaxing experience.
Was surprised with a spa day for my wedding. I spent the day with Ms. Paul who made me feel amazing. If you go ask for Ms.Paul.
My appointment with Yasmin was very awesome and informative too. She has lot of knowledge about skin care and advised me some great skin care tips. My skin looked really pampered after the facial. Thanks Yasmin !!

Yasmin always provides a wonderful experience. She provides custom recommendations based on your skin and what she sees. I can always trust what she has to say and is very knowledgeable about the results of each facial Hahn provides. She is my go-to facialist! I travel from Kingston to Brampton just for her.
Yasmin was absolutely amazing, she was helpful and totally understood my facial needs and explained thoroughly what I needed done. My skin looks better than ever and I definitely plan on booking with her again.
