Eyelashes Extensions: the girl glued my eye lids to the bottom of my eye then proceeded to pry my eye open with tweezers. My eyes were burning and there were tears causing some of the lashes to fall out. Then- they charge be more then the price listed. It has been 2 days and the lashes are twisting and look horrible.
NEVER get your lashes done here. The lady doesnt even use proper individual lashes, theyre from Ardell (the ones you get at Walmart or any beauty supply) and chargers $70 for it!!!! Many of my lashes have fallen off I barely even have lashes left due to the clusters of lashes that she stacked weighed down my natural lash. So upset !!!!
Great massages but I find it extremely difficult to secure an appointment. They haven't ever answered the phone live form my numerous phone calls - seriously, not once. I always have to leave a message then get called back. It's been a week since my last message and still no response. I will start looking for another location. I'm disappointed because I really love their services when there, but it's like pulling teeth trying to get an appointment. It should not be so difficult.
Absolutely horrible customer service. You book an appointment weeks early and when you get there your appointment has been cancelled. No explanation, no courtesy call prior to; nothing. But they call you the day before to confirm that you are still coming for your appointment. God forbid you don't show up, but they don't have to have someone there to fulfill their commitment when you do.This place is a joke.
Beautiful place to get your facials, quite, relax and get a massage. Look fresh with a new haircut, manicure or pedicure. Best salon in town.
