Mid snow season, two enormous snowfalls back to back. The first one injures me and I need help. I research, I call, nobody is responding. It's insane times, I get it. I see Turf Smart has an online booking system so I give it a try, the morning of a snowstorm. Within an hour they text me and we talk details. They show up that day and charge me the regular rate, even when they typically charge more for snowstorms. They do an amazing job. They text me the next day to ask how the service was, while doing their other on calls, and shovelling for people who's companies never showed up. Your research might suggest Tuft Smart is the best snow shovelling service in Brampton. It is.
I have been using Turf service for last 3 seasons and am very happy with their response and operations. Before that I would always struggle with providers who won't answer calls or respond to messages after they have taken money. Ever provider will have some bad days during storm but still I would say Turf is run very professionally and even during storms they were available at the earliest and whenever they were late it was promptly informed. I would highly recommend them.
