SCAM!!! They collect your money for the whole season by telling you if you sign up for the entire season rather than month to month, you get a discount. Sounds great, right? Yeah until they NEVER show up and don’t answer calls. Also, the address is fake.
SCAM! FAKE!! Read this! don’t sign up with them! This business doesn’t exist. signed up for one month but they never showed up for 15 cm snow. they don’t answer calls after signing up and deducting money. i’m not sure why is this business up after so many negative reviews stating it’s Fake!
Collected money but never showed up. These people are complete scammers. It snowed so much on the last family day long weekend and my parents couldn’t even get out of their house for 5 days.
Do not fall for this SCAM!! They charged us for the whole season and never showed up and are not responsive. Please look at other 1 star reviews before paying a single penny to them.
Scam!!!!!!!! I signed up my elderly parents for 3 months and after 1 week cancelled the service as the neighbours offered their help. Snow Heroes has a cancellation policy which I met and they acknowledged they would cancel. I have an email from them to back it up. Instead they have continued to take money and have not returned a single phone call or email and they have not refunded me. I should also mention that while the service was still active in the first month they never showed up once. They said they did but could not back it up. They don’t send the text message to say they are on their way like their service claims. Instead they lied and said they were having technical difficulty. Absolutely SHAMEFUL PEOPLE who prey on those who need help and safety. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! -update- I contacted my credit card company and they processed a chargeback as the service was not met and was cancelled. This got Snow Hereos attention. It was the only time they reached out and they are threatening me with debt collectors if I don’t drop the claim.
Scammers. They do not show up for cleaning snow. They are very responsive before the contract is signed but impossible to reach once the payment is done.
This company helped me shovel my front yard when i first moved into my house and they were always rt on time before deadlines and always responsive so i think im gonna give them a go again, Great service.
