Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The worker was rude when I tried to ask about my shoes, and they didn’t even finish the repair properly. Felt like a waste of money and time.
My son’s shoes sole has to be glued, but the job was not perfect, there was glue all over place on the shoe sole, he didn’t cleaned the excess glue. I gave him thinking that he will do it more professionally.
I'm very happy with the service. I had my ankle boots re-sole last week. They look fantastic. The boots look a bit dirty in the photo because I wore them for a day to make sure they were leveled and comfortable. The owner was very professional. I don't know what's up with the negative reviews. I haven't been here for 5 years. I must admit I had a bit of a sticker shock for the price increase when I dropped them off, but the great result proved it was worth the cost.
Incredibly poor customer service. Barely acknowledged me, didn't give me a quote (just punched in the price without asking me if I agreed to it), quickly walked by me to hand me my shoe without acknowledging my presence. I won't be going back!
I had such a great experience at Quality Shoe Repair. The manager, Kamran was so nice and knowledgeable. I brought my hunter boot to remove a white mark on it that I couldn't get off. Kamran removed it on the spot and did not charge me!! Amazing attitude and personality. I would totally recommend this place. Great great great service!!!!!!!!
