Possibly the shadiest real estate office in Ontario. They had my cousin unknowingly sign a buyers agreement that lasted 13 months (THIRTEEN MONTHS!). When he was unhappy with the poor service they told him that they would not release him from the agreement and he was forced to wait out the remaining 9 months of the agreement before he could continue his search for a home, otherwise they would come after him for commission on any home that he purchased. The agents name is Ray Data and the Office Manager that he dealt with is Stacy Beatty. Stay away from this place, and if you don't heed my warning and choose to do business with them do not sign a Buyers Agreement, this is not required despite what they tell you, it protects them only.
