Kash Aujla is the most dishonest, incompetent, avaricious realtor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Mr. Kash cares only for "cash," and little about his trade. I should have went with my instincts because when I first laid eyes on him, he gave off an ominous vibe. He backed me into a corner and pushed me into selling to his customer, which I was not comfortable doing as she asked far below list price. When others initially showed interest, the cheat lied by saying that our floors were laminate (they were hardwood) and downplaying our house's upgrades. He took a high percentage for his services. The lawyer he worked with and recommended to me then called me and bellowed (once again, I wish I recorded this!), saying that Kash had accused him of colluding with me to lower the realtor rate, and that Kash had told him I had confirmed this...I said nothing of the sort! I'm relieved the deal is done, but this was far too much drama for what should be a simple exchange. Buyer beware. You have been warned.
I've moved a total of three times now both with the help of Kash, from the first time we sold our home to just this past week of purchasing this home we are not one bit unappreciative of his service. Kash is definitely a very busy man but that did not stop him or the members of his team from helping us out over the years.
Exceptional service provided working with Kash and his team. Me and my family had our house sold incredibly fast at a much higher price than we anticipated. Highly recommended!
Very unprofessional .....greedy guy , lier, and his sales reps are greedy too....will induce to sign documents without explaining anything except concentrate on commission part only.....Will not explain anything if you are not informed consumer......Stay away from ANYONE in this Brokerage....
Watch out for these guys, a bunch of crooks. Once you are involved with them, thats it. Be prepared to lose money. The broker of record Kash Aujla and the administrative staff are incompetent. This franchise gives remax a bad name.
