The print centre staff was amazing in their service however, staples need to hire more people working at print centre… it’s two people managing the entire print centre with atleast 20 people waiting…. People are bound to get frustrated at employees.

Dont buy the laptop protection plan (or rather any extra plan) etc. ever with them. I had issues with my laptop battery. I had the plan with me. I gave them the laptop... they kept it for a month and returned it as is - saying its fixed. I knew in half an hour of using the laptop that NOTHING was fixed. Didnt want to give my laptop again. As they would sit on it for another month and not do anything about it

Worst customer service ever Extremely rude and unprofessional These guys can’t even have working print machine whenever you go, then what’s the point of having this much space. They never pickup the phone to answer some basic questions.

Went this morning to buy some ink for the printer. Was taken by a surprise with an amazing customer service. One of the reps seems like a manager asked me what I was looking for and helped me find it. The cashier pleasently greeted with a smile and reminded me if I needed paper which I had forgotten about it. He told me about the deal and walked down the isle to get them. Great job with the customer service and keep it up.
