Print1 I am looking for one print out which i needed very badly then go to print1 store they said just mailed it to our mail Id then they gave me the print out of the document instantly. I am so thankful to them. please Do visit them for any printed documents and signs and many more .

Made 2 orders from them. First one was perfect. Ordered 200 lawn signs a second time from them plus delivery. All the signs are smudged, ink dripping and look extremely unprofessional. 1print says this is normal and will not reprint or provide a refund. Very bad customer service once they have your money. Don't waste your hard earned money on a company that doesn't stand by their product.

That's one thing I like about them. For personal business card and a roll-up banner for church, and the texture varieties and design they have to offer are limitless.
Terrible service and quality. I had 250 signs printed, and about 1/3 of them where unusable; meaning they were stacked before the ink dried OR I actually had to clean them, meaning I simply could not use them (campaign). I reached out to the owner and after lengthy delays emailing him back and forth, I put a call in and spoke with him directly. While friendly on the phone, he would not listen to my concerns (often speaking over me) and instead kept on about the challenges he and his operation were facing and in fact simply talked over me most of the time. Given it was just over 2 weeks from the election he still refused to provide ANY refund. Despite providing photographic evidence of the misprints, he only agreed to send me half of the unusable signs at this expense (shipping included). When I received the replacement signs, they weren't much better with ink spackles found on over half. I emailed him pictures (again), and never heard back. Save yourself the trouble and pay for higher quality product and far better customer service.
Best place to be at. I first got my cards done in 2009 and continue his relationship till this day. My new business is born and created these cards. Gloss finished with thickness of letters.
