Ordered 16 Point Business cards from here because it mentioned one day service if ordered before 11 - ordered at 11:15 and picked up next day. - Quick and Easy Quality is very clean and communication was top notch. - will use for future and will reorder current design and would even try the more expensive options now seeing how excellent the quality of the print was.
Poor customer service and poor communication. Staff does not care about the customer nor respects their time from their busy schedule. First time customer supporting local business came into have multiple services done such as cheques ,vinyl decal sticker and a sign for business. Left my contact information and item to be reprinted. Was told i will receive an email with the quote/invoice and to pay via e-transfer. Never received an email. Had to go in person after 2 days pass to inquire what's going on with my order, just to find out they have not done anything. Did not email or call. And then after spending time going back and forth with the person at the counter , they told me they wont be able to print any of the items. Waste of time. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Also , there is some language barrier i believe as english is not their first language
Came in around 2pm to get stickers printed out. Discussed the details with them and told me it will take a few minutes to get them printed. They then came back and said just come back in a bit and it will be ready. Came back around 5pm as they did not pick up my call nor email to check the status and then told me again it will be ready in a few minutes. An hour and a half came by and i finally got it. Wasted so much of my time and when i checked the stickers it was far from what we had discussed. And instead of providing a solution, they try to gaslight me by saying it was not explained to them properly. In fact, i explained to them the details 3 times and they agreed they understood it. But yah would not recommend this
They are providing great services at genuine prices. If someone looking for good quality at affordable price, I recommend everyone must visit this place.
If you want to beg for your work to be done this is a good choice. They don't answer the phone, you have to call at least ten times to get the job done and they say they will do it but they don't.
We have been using AJP Solutions for about two year. They are professional and cost effective. I would happily recommend this business to anyone that requires printing services.
