Overrated pizza. I prefer others. $30 for a veggie with dipping sauce is overpriced. Not to mention racist owners who yelled “skip?” When I walked in as I was wearing a turban. Whereas a lady walked in and was asked “how can I help you” right after me. I will be reporting to human rights commission soon.
Pizza of My Childhood – Still the Best! Every time I come back I’m hit with a wave of nostalgia. The memories come flooding back—and the pizza is just as amazing as I remember. We live two hours away now, but anytime we’re in the city, this is a must-stop for us. It's hands down better than any chain restaurant out there. You can truly taste the difference—the quality ingredients, the care, and the love they put into every pizza. It’s comfort food at its finest, and it never disappoints. Can’t wait for my next visit... already dreaming about that perfect slice!
Ordering a pizza for quite a while always loved it until recently. It’s a hit and miss sometimes it’s fantastic and sometimes it’s not the one we ordered a couple weeks ago was great. The one we ordered yesterday was not not sure what’s going on, but it is definitely a hit mess.
I have been going to Venezia since I was a little girl. The highlights of my school days was when my dad brought we a slice for lunch every week. Even though I have moved from Brampton 11 years ago, I always make it a point to stop by everytime I'm in Brampton. Still tastes the exact same as I remember in the early 2000's and I remember even getting a free slice as a kid during the power outage! Now that I live near Lindsay, I still say no pizza place could compare (please open one here LOL!).
This review does not come lightly, I grew up in NJ /NY some m very critical of my pizza and I usually have a hard time liking anything in Canada. But from the moment I stepped into this place I felt like I was home. Great friendly staff, pizza made fresh right in front of you and it was as good I expected. Thanks I’ll be back ! Jaz
I have to say this is easily one of the best pizza spots in Brampton. One of my biggest frustrations in the city has always been the lack of authentic Italian pizza. Most places serve tandoori or paneer pizza, which, let’s be honest, isn’t real pizza. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was greeted by a well-mannered young gentleman, and I could see the whole family working hard in the back, crafting pizzas with care. It’s places like this, family-owned and built on passion, that truly represent the best of this country. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and I was genuinely blown away. You can taste the fermentation in the dough, the sauce has a bright, tangy kick, and the mozzarella and pepperoni are clearly high quality. I was shocked in the best way that a place like this exists right here in Brampton. No more driving to Toronto or Vaughan for proper pizza. We’ve got a Brampton gem right here. Friendly service, incredible food, and genuine passion behind every bite. This is a place I would happily drive out of my way for and I can’t wait to come back and try even more.
People work there put their hearts into the food they make. They deserve a lot of credit and i appreciate the 5 Star customer service. Super polite. Glad this place is still around and successful ! Ps: pizza is great too and priced really well
Best pizza hands down. Classic family pizza joint that you only wish you knew about sooner.
Love this place... classic pizza joint. Remember getting a slice and a pop there for $2 in the "old days". Instant good memories every time I go back. Owners are still awesome and treat people wonderfully.
Just had pepperoni slice , it was ok, better then most I've had in Brampton . Server seemed nice , price was good, and liked the small pepperoni on the pizza. Not greesey, dough seemed good , cheese could of been melted better . Will go back.
Growing up in Heart Lake who didn't eat a slice here? My favorite was always pepperoni with green olives. The owners are nice people with quality. The prices always seemed fair here. The assorted submarine sandwitches made here are also very tastey.I recommend this place to anyone local in Heart Lake!
Found this little gem while driving by one day. From that time, whenever I'm in the area I get pizza from them. My 9 year old said it's the best pizza ever!!!
