I’ve seen this pizza store multiple times and decided to try it. I ordered medium cheese pizza and as i received it, the first bite my fiancé and I took, it was not cooked properly, you can taste the raw dough and the cheese not properly cooked. When I brought it back the person at the front said oh the reason we cooked it like that because kids eat this like that…. We are grown 30 year olds. If that’s what you feed kids… you shouldn’t be serving cheese pizza period. He said he would cook it proper then proceeded to burn it litterally the minute he put it in the oven. Cheese turned dark brown black and served it to us. Still giving it the benefit of doubt but other places have more better customer service and food quality.
We purchased pizza from the store along with Canada Dry. They given us expired drink from 22Apr24. Unfortunately we drank the drink and realized at the end!!! When back to the store but Cashier didn’t ever offer apology and it sayed it just happened. Worst customer service!!!
One of the worst pizzas I ever had. I got a small cheese and it was terrible. I took the first bite and it was so bland, I’ve never had that bland of a pizza, it almost tasted like these was no pizza sauce. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve came back and gave an in person review but I was so hungry and in a rush I literally had to eat just the cheese off the pizza, since the pizza as a whole just tasted like cardboard.
This place is horrible and cheap don’t go just because new city pizza is cheap don’t mean it’s good if you really want pizza get a frozen pizza before here wil faste way better and save you money
Very poor taste and charging you for no toppings.. too much salty .. requested for 2 slices with cheese and girl said she can do min 3 so went with 3 and received pizza with 4… even rest of the pizza was with only few veggies on it but order was with 4 toppings..
One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Seems like I’ve wasted my $32 on this stale pathetic food. Selling 2 pizzas for 25.99 - Should better focus on quality than quantity. The dipping sauce tasted bad and rotten too.
Amazing deals and grea taste. $21.99 + tax for 2 large pizza n 6 toppings total is great, our all time favourite. We have been visiting this place for around 2 years now. This is our family go to pizza place. Today for the first my pizza order got mixed but I must appreciate the courtesy of staff in understanding n owing to the situation n immediately without any single argument or question changed my pizza in no time. Thank you for taking care of your customers, 5 star service n 5 star taste in a 5 star price.
