I was in a really bad car accident. I was experiencing sharp upper neck and back pain as well as chest pain initially. I couldn't even turn my head to the side (which affected my ability to drive). Eventually the pain localized to upper left neck pain and left arm numbness and tingling. As a student who sits for many hours, I was very concerned about how the pain will affect my quality of life and ability to study for prolonged periods. With the help of Dr. Iqpal and the staff, my pain, numbness, and tingling lessened over time until it finally disappeared. The sessions included a mix of therapies that were tailored to what worked best for me. The stretches provided allow me to continue my therapy even after finishing my sessions and knowing that I can always go back for a session or two if any symptom reoccurs is comforting. I highly recommend HealthMax in Brampton!!!
