On my first visit the receptionist and the therapist got into a disagreement because I was scheduled at a time after the therapist's shift (not my fault). The therapist evidently was not happy to stay back and it made me uncomfortable. If I wasn't in pain, I would not have stayed.The second time I attempted to make an appointment they found a slot 3 weeks later and I agreed. They called me one day before to say they cannot serve me (due to internal restrictions). The receptionist told me three times that my appointment is cancelled. Absolutely zero attempt was made to compensate me for the inconvenience. She kept saying you have to book a time at the other location. Since YOU made the mistake, should you not make the effort to fit me in at the other location? Why should I be calling again? She clearly was incompetent so I asked to get the manager to call me asap. Clearly the manager does not care because he/she did not bother to call or rectify the issue.The above two paragraphs were a waste of my time because you clearly don't appreciate your customers. But I wrote anyways hoping that you understand the extend to which you have upset me.
Most unprofessional and deceiving people. They give you recommendations as if they are authorised but when you actually ask them to authorise it they deny they ever said anything. They waste time and money and their idea of physiotherapy is to hook you up to machines and leave you. Very unsatisfied and so will you be. Looking at way better places now. Don't let them make fools out of you as they did me. Don't take their word for any recommendations and have them give everything in writing on the spot.
Good place to be for all your therapy needs where it is physiotherapy or massage. I even got my orthotics and knee brace here and so far satisfied with their products and services. Definitely recommended.
The most unprofessional and lying people on earth. The manager is a complete con man who encourages his employees to lie and not take responsibility for their actions. And the physiotherapist named ashi or something is the most conniving woman there is. First she advised my husband to take time off work and then for like a week we asked her to give it in writing so he can give the it to his company and when we went in person to get it she says oh i never said he can take time off work. She denied everything she said and the manager took her side. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CONNED. They are just fools making bigger fools out of innocent people. Its Disgusting.Edit in reply to the owner** No it wasn't for a false note.. but since you are unprofessionals that is probably all you know. And for your information fooling patients is not a acceptable practice either. You guys need to be shut down.
I have been going to Care Plus Physiotherapy on and off for the past year and it is a wonderful clinic. Ravi and her staff have always been very attentive, friendly, and they easily remember and track progress which is important in getting the most out of physiotherapy. Ravi genuinely want's to help you through the use of treatment but she also encourages at-home exercises to limit one's dependence on physiotherapy. She also takes the time to educate you and is always willing to answer all you questions and concerns. Great clinic and a great staff, highly recommend!
