This store is scam and when u go there for print they said u have to use compute to take out print. So they charge $5 something and extra for print. Instead there are other store who do it less than a half price.
Worst service ever. They don’t take professional photos ( as required for any applications such as OCI and passport renewal) They will charge you more and they are definitely expensive. Suggestions- Bls take photos inside the office. Use that service and that’s not costly. Definitely not recommended and they are rude to me when I said there photos were not correct size. I asked for refund and they denied. I am definitely gonna dispute the amount as service was not being provided
Had a very bad experience!!!! Their staff members making mistakes while printing and making copies and they still charge for those pages to customers plus very rude behaviour of front lady upon asking why we get charge for it…horrible and very unprofessional
Worst experience..! I just wanted physical copy for my digital photo. Lady with camera who doesn’t really know what photography is said she will do job for 25$ and agreed . She then turned to other customers and started taking their photos while I am patiently waiting. Almost after 30 mins , she initially complained photos is not good in quality though mail copy is from another professional studio. She then called her boss for help and now they said they can’t print pictures from digitals?. No commons sense to run business and wasting customer’s time . I was then luckily served by near by studio and I wish these people stop doing this mess with others and respect other’s time .
Yes the customer service was terrible but that’s not even the main problem, at lleast do your job right! Went there for nicop and passport photos and firstly you don’t even need to take nicop photos, Pakistan embassy takes it for you so it was a waste of money not that they let us know. But even if they did not know, the passport photos we took was inadmissible because there was a dot on the side of the forehead in the printing and she wasn’t looking straight at the camera. Wasted so much money and had to get pictures redone at shoppers. Attached the passport photo rejection form, blocked out my signature
Very very terrible and poor coustomer service by the girl who manages all this. She is always on phone and doesn't care about the coustomers and dosent care at all. They charge you way to much from market price only because they got a good spot right beside BLS and service canada.
Terrible pictures, BLS rejected their pictures and we had to get them retaken elsewhere. When we went back for a refund, they refused. Don't trust this inexperienced company!
