We had a wonderful experience at Baby Studio with Sapna for our family pictures. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and caring with our baby, which made us feel very comfortable. The studio was clean, warm, and perfectly baby-friendly. Sapna took her time and beautifully captured our family moments. The pictures turned out absolutely stunning and are memories we will cherish forever. Highly recommend Baby Studio and Sapna to all families?
Highly recommend getting your photographs from Baby Studio Brampton. Sapna is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with both my maternity and newborn photos. She is patient, welcoming and very professional. So grateful I found this studio ❤️
Complete waste of time, I'd rather people be upfront with their rules, instead of back tracking. Service Dogs are not allowed as they are deemed "dirty" but the place hasn't been cleaned in years. I spent more time listening to useless banter and back peddling. I wouldn't recommend or use the service again. I'll take pics myself with my own SLR.
She so rude ……. She teaches us respect the time …. She cancel our appointment when we on our way because we r late in traffic….. only 5 minutes. She liars. Please be careful before booking her .
Sapana is great Photographer without any doubt however why I am giving 1 stars is just because photographer should tell client small things during photo session for instance if their hairs are properly sent or dress up etc so that they can quickly adjust set up hairs or adjust dress. Also, for the customer service. My customer service experience was ok with her as she always chose to react on my queries rather than responding. I had 2 photo sessions with her and must say that she is great and offer reasonable prices! I have changed my ratings from 3 to 1 star after 2 years just because I wanted to book session again with baby studio and realized that still there is no change in customer service. I would pay bit extra with other studios where I get better customer service.I am not sure how people are tolerating this or just because of reasonable prices. Just pointing to make others aware !
We did the gold cake smash package and everything turned out AMAZING. Sapna exceeded our expectations. She was fun, organized, and helpful. We will definitely be booking more family photos in the future!!
