Walked in to get a passphoto clicked, website says $12.99/per 2 photos they charged like $14.99, either update website or honour the price guys and the guy was rude and unprofessional.
Before visiting the store I call them and confirm the price they said 15$ after that in store they charged me 60$ without any explanation and notify me. He start arguing with me.

We went at this shop to get photos clicked for PR but sadly the girl at the counter had poor communication and photography skills. We told her right way about the specifications but she clicked the worst photograph and dis not meet the requirements we provided. She misguided us by saying that there comes an option on the IRCC website itself to fill personal details and details of the shop. Rather she was in a haste to get her payment done right $34 (for nothing but for a pathetic service). I was here to take a passport photo for my kid. The girl at the front counter had no customer service skills. She pulled my kid harshly like an animal. These new immigrants from India really need to learn basic etiquette.
Needed photos for a Canadian passport. The person who took the photos was quick, efficient, courteous, and knew the exact requirements of the photos. He used a simple tool to cut the photos to size, and provided the stamps as needed by the government for processing. Price for this was $13 + tax, at the time of this review.
