Very basic work gets done here, no suggestions given to improve picture. Disinterested photographer. Just snap and go. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come here. 1/5.
I had an issue with receiving soft copies via email, and the lady working there was very rude and unprofessional .The experience was frustrating and disappointing
If there is anyway i could give 0 i would worst services every went to. Rude lady who doesn’t listen to your requirement. Dont go here there are other places with best services
I had a very disappointing experience. The lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I went in for a passport photograph, and she spoke to me in a condescending tone. When Service Canada rejected the photo, I returned with the rejection letter, and she simply handed me my money back—no apology or acknowledgment of the time she had wasted. The customer service was awful, and I won’t be returning.
Worse photograph ever. Very poor service very expensive no value for money you spent. They charge same as staple and service is very bad quality also very poor
Really disappointed. The store was open, and the lights were on, but there was absolutely no service available. I waited for a considerable amount of time, hoping someone would assist me, but no employees were around to help. There was no sign or explanation for the lack of staff either.
"I had a disappointing experience with this photographer. She came across as arrogant and lacked basic communication skills. When I greeted her, she didn't respond. She also seemed inexperienced in taking photos, failing to notice that one of my child's shoulders was obstructed in the shot. When I called to request a retake, she boasted about her 20+ years of experience, repeating the same thing three times during our 1-minute call. Her unprofessional attitude and lack of attention to detail left a lot to be desired."
