My IPhone XR white was shattered, and they fixed it for me within a week . It looks brand new and feels too . But now I have to remember the email I i used to unlock it .
Extremely privy and disrespectful. Took my phone out of my hand and started swiping through my album without even asking me while he was on the phone speaking Indian language to someone. I have only shown 1 image of my device and the man at the counter took my phone from my hand and casually while on the phone call starting going through my album pictures. Awful. Disrespectful. Absolutely would not trust. Has zero manners. *Definitely not done by mistake as he went in and out of the album multiple times repeatedly whilst continuing his phone call in indian not even bothering to ask what he needs or anything. That's besides the fact that all the info was provided to him already I mean it's not difficult to remeber 3 words is it. Anyway, no manners, no apology nothing. Wouldnt recommend unless you're looking for bad customer service and probably a bad job after reading other comments.
Jashan is one of the most honest person to deal with. He will guide you on the plans and won't take you for a ride to sell something. He helped me get out of a phone plan and also advised me on the best plans which suited my needs.
I go there for my iphone 11promax screen replacement i surprised with there prize and the quality they give to me . I recommend everyone go there and check their service . They changed my iphone screen within 15 minutes only . Such a professional man .
I had my phone(iPhone 6s) fixed before they moved and I told them my phone screen wasn’t fixed properly.. I feel like they gave me a lot of excuses.. I know due to COVID phone parts couldn’t be shipped(as they stated) but I had to wait so long and I still have a messed up phone.. the lady said she would call me to let me know when they get the parts...
Probably the worst place I have ever been to get my phone fixed. My iPhone 8's wifi antenna broke and my phone wasn't able to catch any network. In the first week of January I called this store and came across someone named Sagar who assured me that he will replace the antenna for $65 and I won't get the same problem again. I got it fixed and it worked well for one month until it again gave the same problem in February and again I called and Sagar says bring it to my store and he apparently said there was some wiring issue and gave it back to me. Once again, one month later in March I had the same problem I call him he again tells me to drop off the phone and says the job will be done within 2 hours. Well it didn't happen and he didn't call me at all that day and I called his store a lot that evening but no one answered and finally when someone did they gave some excuse that it'll be done by the end of the day. Next day I had to myself show up at his place after my work in Toronto and I ask him why he didn't answer or call he didn't say a single word about it and didn't feel sorry or anything which should be a courtesy. Apparently out of nowhere he says I dropped the phone (though I didn't) and says all parts of the phone have been displaced. I agreed and he said come the next day and also said he will call me once done. Still he never called me and after everything I myself had to call him once again to check the status of the phone and he said it is fixed and if you face this problem again I will take money for it. I picked up the phone that evening and guess what the phone's antenna didn't even last 30 minutes until it again stopped receiving networks. At this point I was just done with him and I ended up changing my phone even though this Sagar ended up taking $65 for doing absolutely nothing. One of the worst customer service and phone service I have ever received and also this is the first time I have reviewed a store and I definitely mean it when I say be careful of this place and the associated disgraceful service provided.
