Nasir and Repair Labs came highly recommended from a colleaugue of mine who has 30 years of IT experience. They did not disappoint. Spilling liquid on my lap top I needed to have the situation adressed right away before it damaged my mother board. Just a few hours later Nasir was able to assess what needed to be done quickly and efficiently. My keyboard was replaced and my Mac Air is now as good as new. Nasir was pleasant, poilte, professional and provided timely updates. I would recommend him in a heart beat. A hidden gem in Brampton indeed.
I gave my phone for repair but actually they returned to me saying that this can not be repaired. When they returned screws were missing and open parts in phone. Worst decision I ever made visiting Repair labs based on 4.5 review stars.
These guys did a good job on repairing my iPhone X today. Screen was totally shattered and my LCD was also not responsive. I went into their shop and in exactly 30 min my phone was ready and works perfectly. Now time will tell how good the screen Is lol.
Extreamly fast and friendly service! This was my first time here but they made me feel like family, not to mention they were the only place who had the parts to do the issue I was having right on the spot which is amazing and for a great price, lower then everywhere else. I have been to Repair Labs about 2-3 times now. My first & second visit was a repair on a 6s, third was on a ASUS laptop. I have to say Nasir and his colleague are very professional in their work and the prices is the best. I can trust them with my devices knowing I'm getting the best service for the price. This company has frustrated me to end. I took my phone to get a new screen when I want back to pick up my phone after I was given a flat rate was charged extra. After the screen was on it did not seem like they put on an iPhone screen because my phone began glitching and was extra senitive despite changing the sensitivity on the phone. So I took it back. They did not charge me to look at the phone but now it is worse then ever!!! My phone glitches every time I turn it on and I’m not going to take t back to someone who continues to mess up my phone. Please take to another company or your phone will be ruined !!! sssensitivity
My iphone 5s was smashed screen wasnt working he fixed it infront of me for only 55$ works perfectly even through in a screen protector for 5$ extra.. THAT was the first time i went there and it was a different guy. I went there again today hoping for the same service . My charging port for my 5s broke so they fixed it , when i left and plugged in my head phones the sound qaulity was distorted i turned around and went back. He tried to tell me there was no problem even after letting him try my head phones , he then pretended to change the head phone port in the back then came to the front acting like it was brand new like im a idiot. He also talked in a brown accent telling me to sit down and wait i couldnt understand him then he yelled at me no manners whats so ever , atleast the older guy there gave me a free screen protector. ALSO he didnt close my phone properly the screen is sticking out.. NEVER GO HERE. Also my speaker stop working, touch ID doesnt work no more F these guys. They switch out your parts out of ur phone for older parts
