I miss the previous lady who worked here full-time. She was very efficient. The current people working here are horrible. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this company to anyone, please go to Lyfe labs or dyna care instead.
I went there for my son’s bloodwork, he was bit scared staff there was very supportive especially Manuela and Hira they put great effort and worked patiently with my son. I would definitely recommend this lab
What a great staff especially Dr. Manuela we just did our baby’s blood test he is just 2 years old and she did very friendly even he didn’t cry ?fully recommended
Very poor service. Unprofessional, inexperienced staff members. My 17 yrs old daughter drove there to get the blood work done. The staff member who did the test poked my daughter on both arms. First arm she poked and moved needle inside the vein in all directions but couldn't get the blood out. That arm still had a bruise even after 4 days. Then my daughter fainted 2-3 times while giving blood sample that day. The staff just made her sit there for 5-7 mins, put some ice on her neck and let her go when she asked. They never called any ambulance or us( parents ) to inform about her condition. Luckily my daughter had her phone, she walked down and then called me to inform what happened. Then I rushed there to pick her up. This is very unprofessional behavior for medical reasons. They need to educate the staff members to take proper actions in case of emergencies like this
This place is so good the staff is so good i have fainting history but Ms Hira makes me so comfortable. And her hands are very light thankyou Ms Hira for my blood test
I’m very disappointed with the service here. I called twice to confirm that the IGF-1 test was available, and both times I was told it could be done at this location. After taking time out of my day to come in, the receptionist informed me that they don’t do this test and that I needed to go to LifeLabs or Dynacare instead.This was a complete waste of time and could have been avoided if staff provided accurate information over the phone. Please train your team to give correct details, patients shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of misinformation.
Lab is ok but the biggest issue is their patient portal it doesnt work so can not check your results online. You register, re-register but nothing works can never login to check results online. This is so backwards every laboratory has patient portal these days that one can access to check results seems like MHL is still 10 years behind in basic technology setup for its customers.
