Don’t wait your time or money at this place. This was one of the worst massage me and my boyfriend had last night, it was horrible…. When entering the establishment the staff did not greet us and made us pay before hand which was not a problem but she wanted us to tip before even receiving the service… I just acted like I didn’t hear her… After she got her money, she then separated me and my boyfriend into different rooms and this is when I had the biggest issue because she started the massage and did not put oil throughout the entire HOUR session. It felt like my toddler was rubbing my back… it honestly felt like she was just playing with my body no experience no training, and it was completely unprofessional. My skin is so dry after the massage and the masseuse kept leaving the room and speaking Vietnamese a very loudly establish. She didn’t even let me know the massage was done. She just left the room and kept opening the door and then I finally had to ask her if she was finish. This was my worst experience I wasted almost $140. I will never come back here. Please don’t waste your time this place need to close !!
Just arrived for a 2 hr massage, before I even enter the room the massager asked for how much tips I will give her and started yelling that 2 hrs requires alot of tips!! Wow wow wow, I couldn't believe my ears! ( BTW I normally tips $30 after a 2 hr massage) but to have her asked in such a Demanding manner was UNBELIEVABLE!!
Forcing for tip is not necessary. If you say good service needs TIP then improve service first. Atleast improve the environment. Customer should decide tip amount not the staff.
Terrible Experience! The so-called 'massage therapist"completely unprofessional,zero massage skills. No relaxing music, no pleasant frangrance-just disgusting smell,like garbage bin left open in the spa room. Complete waste of time & Money.
If I could give 0 stars, I would …. worst massage experience ever. The therapist had absolutely no knowledge of massage techniques and was completely unprofessional. I paid for an hour but only got 35 minutes of rushed, painful massage. They intentionally take payment before the massage, then aggressively demand a tip afterward. Instead of feeling relaxed, my body is in more pain, and I even have bruises from their rough handling. To make things worse, the environment was anything but relaxing—no soothing music, just loud conversations from other employees, which made the experience even more irritating. This place is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs!”**
This place deserves 0 stars and after having an experience of massage at this place, I can confirm that all the negative reviews of this place are true. Went there with a friend. 1) During the massage the ladies kept on talking and giggling with each other loudly in their language. We couldn't even hear the background music to relax 2) Both the ladies kept on using their PHONES even when massaging and sometimes were only using one hand to massage and with the other hand they were using their phones 3) If you ever go to try this place and they offer head massage, please don't take it. They are unprofessional and the lady literally scratched my head with her nails and called it a head massage. I had tremendous hair fall when I came home and opened my hair. 4) Even after this horrible service, they will stand at the reception when we leave so that they can shamelessly ask for a tip. So out of courtesy we thought to tip them $10. And after seeing that they started to confront us like why so less tip. I mean those shameless ladies needs to start being professional. Moral of the story is: If you feel like still going there and taking the service, then PLEASE DON'T. ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
The massage is good BUT they DEMAND for tip. I got 1 hour massage and gave her a $15 tip, she look at me and said “Thats it?, this is too little”, you could see she was mad. I am already paying full price and on top giving an extra over 15% tip and they are still unhappy. It made me feel so bad. If they stop demanding and being rude about giving a tip, this place would be great. If you want to make more money you can increase the price, but do NOT DEMAND A TIP.
