I was struggling with a stiff back and a lot of tightness, and Misari has helped me recover and release so much of that pain. Her technique and understanding are incredible. I feel so much better after her sessions. Highly recommend!

I drive all the way from Milton to this clinic to see Liz for the last 5+ years. I always book a 90 min massage with her and the time still doesn’t feel enough. She does a fantastic job. At the beginning of each session, she really takes her time to listen and write down any notes about you. I truly feel like she cares about her clients

Searched them on Google and liked their appointment booking system. Misari Patel has been very good guide to recover from shin splints pains. She has extensive knowledge of her job. Very Experienced and professional. Mostly appointments are fast and available within week. Good work guys!
Armstrong massage is my favourite place to get massaged. I've been going for a few years, and every massage therapist I've had (who's still on staff) has been wonderful. Caroline, who is the owner, is my go-to person and is always ready with an amazing soundtrack. Dale and Liz are also fantastic, and I recommend trying any and all staff and seeing who works best for you. If you're looking to book a session, this is the place to go!
