Horrible experience ! Total lack of professionalism and care for the client. Very disorganized office. Do not listen at all when we were explaining things to them and had to call back repeatedly for simple matters. Mistakes were made in our file. Also were spoken to in a very rude manner on several occasions, I was hung up on at one point. Failure to keep their word on deadlines and expectations. Do not deal with this team. You will regret it.
