I'm giving 5 star because the service I received was totally unexpected and satisfying . The day I visited this office was just a week ahead of the new year and I had some urgent documents for the notary and helped me with that. She provided me ride as well and waited for me approximately 40-50 minutes(after closing time) because I had to bring some documents for notarization. I would recommend everyone to visit this office.

She (Farzana Tabassum) represented the seller and charged from the buyer $4350.50 in her additional fee alone, (only her fee paid by buyer) for the extension of closing from July 24, 2023 to August 21, 2023. First time experienced such nightmares created by her to all the parties of buyer side. So, I suggest to all my fellow realtors before finalizing your deal, you must get the information of the seller lawyer. Involvement of any greedy person / lawyer by any party in your real estate deal can make hell for all the parties.
Did a transaction with them 8 years ago. My city came back to me stating they didn't do a proper title search. When i approached them, they just passed on the puck. And want me to hire again on retainer. Not recommended
Says that they open at 9am on M-F on the entrance door then on google it says they open at 10am. It's 10:26am, I am still waiting outside the door. No one is here
