Buying and selling properties are already stressful, this firm is very good at taking some of the stress of of you. I hired this law firm to close my property in Brampton. Save your money. Actually, you won't ever speak to this lawyer. His secretary completes all of the work, and the poor woman is unable to respond to any cross-questions. Only when you are eager to close on your property at the time of signature (at the end) does the attorney enter the picture. They don't promptly return phone calls or emails. I regret employing him. They don't even pick up the phone when you call with inquiries after the property has been closed.
Find a better lawyer for your real estate needs, absolutely useless for slightly complex requirements. I would highly recommend finding someone more competent who is ready to support their clients' need.

In April 2019, we retained Sandeep Taneja to close a real estate transaction. Initially Sandeep discussed one price over the phone and assured us that there will not be any additional costs. However, at the time of the settlement of charges, he presented additional unanticipated charges. I understand that costs for disbursements et. al. are standard when dealing with a lawyer, but there was a lack of clear communication from his. I found this to be unprofessional. I will not be using Sandeep's services in the future.
