They don't get any stars, don't go there! They take out your clothes when they aren't dry, start yelling at you. They will put your clean clothes in a dirty bin which defeats the purpose of washing it. For me, my clothes were timed so as soon as both loads were done out the dryer, id take both loads out, they ended up taking it out and It wasn't a big deal until I looked to my left and right, there were empty machines, and they made it seem like folding your clothes is a crime and start yelling at you. I am a fast folder, but getting yelled at is disgusting. What made it worst, there were other machines to use but they wanted the one I was using. WEIRDO BEHAVIOUR. Don't TOUCH PEOPLES CLOTHES. I can understand if the load stopped and I wasn't there but I was there at the front but they moved it before I could and didn't even tell me where it was. I went in there to do laundry and walked out with undried clothes, and a headache, its not worth it ya'll. Hope ya'll do better.
Terrible Service - Ruined My Sweater and Refused Refund I had an awful experience with this laundry service. I entrusted them with my cashmere sweater for dry cleaning, and it came back completely shrunken! A delicate and expensive item like cashmere requires proper care, but they clearly mishandled it. When I reported the issue, they initially promised to refund me but never followed through. They kept me on hold for weeks and ignored my follow-up emails. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers is appalling. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you care about your clothing!
I was doing my laundry at night. There was cockroaches crawling on the floor. I had to kill them. Beware as to not take the critters home if you choose to do your laundry here.
I've used Washmart Laundromat three times, and each experience has been excellent. Their delivery service is incredibly convenient, and my clothes always come back spotless and well-cared for. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring top-notch service every time. Highly recommend!
Nice clean laundromat,nice atmosphere. One problem is ...there are many broken washers and dryers that never get fixed, another problem is that sometimes in the morning there is no change in the change machines...I had to wait hours one morning for a staff member to show up and provide change. Quite frankly ruined my day.
- go to place - to much heat and conducted - not much clean - many machines where out of order. Good point is plaza renovation is going on hope they change some Interior here also as it looks way older
Very bad experience. Half of big washers not working. As totally dead or not rinsing completely. Hot water was turned off. Only noted when several people noted that their whites were not washed properly. Person in charge not able to address issues and owners don't answer their phone. Time to start looking for alternate place.
