Sheer waste of time and money. I wish I could give them zero star. The staff told me different price and later when I went to pick up my suits she asked me a different rice plus tax. It was my first time to this drycleaner and I had a really bad experience. The owner was not only rude but she didn't even bother about losing her client. She said its OK I have other clients. Bad customer service and fraud Never going back!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Gave 2 suits for dry cleaning and no stains were removed. Was told to come again since the stains weren’t removed and the suits were still dirty. Waste of money!!

Awful, just awful cheats. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
On multiple occasions they've ruined my clothes. As far as customer service goes they exerted very little effort to correct their mistakes and had the audacity to try to shift the blame away from themselves. Perhaps if it were on a single occasion I would accept an honest mistake on either parties end...however three different instances is damning evidence. They will claim that they outsource their service as if this in some way limits their liability to their customer. During the negotiations of damages the woman boldly claimed that she ALWAYS notes the details correctly on any dry cleaning slips she produces (and she produces all of them) - to suggest self perfection teeters on a claim of divinity, a red flag which I should've recognized but the convenience of the location was too tempting. totally unacceptable.
Had a very good experience here, the lady was really nice and professional. Definetly a return customer.
Unfortunately I require Receipts for my caseworker for ODSP but I have no way of tracking and I dont know how to get receipts from cash coin wash and I spent about $320 a month very unfortunate
