I applied for my temporary residency visa through MAS Immigration (Sahil Mangla). He charged extra fees for his portal form and claimed that his visas never get rejected because he works with IRCC. After paying him, it became very difficult to get any updates — he stopped responding to calls and messages, and even his office gave no response. After a long time, I found out that my visa was rejected, but they never informed me on time. They completely wasted my time and money. Please don’t trust him with your money — they are not reliable or honest.
This individual took $6,000 from me, as well as similar amounts from three friends, for services from his firm. Payments were split between his account and his brother’s, as his brother was assisting at the time. After receiving the payments, both became rude and unprofessional, frequently ignored calls, and delayed tasks, prompting us to end the arrangement and request refunds. He had arranged for half of the payment to go to his account and the other half to his brother’s. Later, he removed his brother, claimed he never instructed us to pay him, demanded proof, and refused to return the remaining funds. After arguing for a month and making several visits, he eventually repaid only half of my money over four months and still owes the remaining balance. When confronted, he refused further payment and advised me to take legal action. It has now been a year since the payment, and he openly admits that others are also owed money and that his brother took their payments as well.
They are very unprofessional in their communication. I am a client following up for my application, and they never answer my calls or messages. They book appointments but never confirm on the day of the appointment. It's quite exhausting and annoying to deal with such people. They brought me to tears for getting help on basic services for which they are charging thousands. Please save your money and time. They are saying I am not their client but I am and I am commenting from a different ID so you don't beg to remove it. Poor people give their hard-earned money and these dirty faces smile and lie after looting 25K to 50K from innocent people like us. -Edited
