I would consider myself to be a person who is hard to please , especially in terms of customer service or in this case a form of.I also hardly ever write reviews, as I am very easily annoyed by the complainers who often seem to think, that they are the only ones entitled to their negative opinion. Having a bit of experience with health care facilities in other Canadian Cities/ Provinces and other countries as well ( I have to admit , Canada is overall still the worst though), I have not one bad thing to say about the urgent care in this hospital.I went there twice and the wait can be long ( one time I spend over 6 hours with my older /teen son, but so be it, we had a test done and we were not the only ones there, go figure! Today it was just over an hour for the different stages of registration( being called 3 times before you see the doctor is interesting but probably gives One the feeling that the wait is not that long ) and only minutes with the doctor who helped me right away.Everyone was extremely nice, except one triage nurse (I did not deal with myself ) who seemed a bit bossy (but don't we all have that one co-worker or family member?) All the other nurses and the doctor were super friendly and all smiling or smiling back.I watched one patient trying to involve the triage nurse into an endless discussion that she has to see the doctor NOW as she had a baby ( like probably 4 other mothers who were patiently waiting for their turn ) I would not be surprised, if this would result in a negative review.I even was annoyed by this patient. This being said , to me it seems that, if you are miserable or scared ( why else would you even go there) one's own attitude contributes to the way we are being treated ( not for all cases of course, but for the the most part ), and this is understood, however it is my opinion that this is not really a good enough reason to write a bad review.

Came to emergency today. First time at this hospital. The Black triage nurse (glasses, older lady with a curly/wavy weave) was rude and full of attitude. Im a nurse and I would never speak to my patients that way. Waiting room needs a better number system so they don't have to shout the client's name down the hall. Parking is too small. For a newer hospital it needs a revamp.

This is horrible place - please do not come. I would have given it a 0 star if it is available !!!I came on a weeknight and was in there for 2 hours. The doctor examined me and did an X-ray for pneumonia. I came here for cold/flu/allergt maladies. Have issue with sinus infection. The doctor did not even want to give me meds for sinus issue - she said I have to go back to my family doctor for medication ! Shes not sure if it is viral or allergy and just sent me home and she said that with a smirk. Horrible experience! Do not come here !!!

I am happy with this facility, I went for the first time on May 15,2018, for a fail pregnancy. from start to finish the staffs were amazing. My second appointment was May 17, 2018 at the early pregnancy clinic, I met Sandra a nurse who was even more amazing, she is warm, welcoming, Sandra made me feel very comfortable and happy. I want to that her, as well as the lab tech who took my blood as well as the doctors who attend to me. I would recommend this facility, I just wish it was a normal hospital instead of just urgent care.

Went in for a pretty bad ankle sprain. Wait time was as good as one could expect it being a Brampton hospital and all, in total I was in and out within about 2 HRS. Negative things are such that l was unable to get a wheelchair that would of helped. One big thing is I find it completely unacceptable and unsatisfying how the only people who actually took a look at my naked ankle were the X-ray technician and the guy who carelessly wrapped my ankle. Doc didnt even take my shoe off or look at it without the sock on, taking in the fact that I had advised him of a previous Injury suffered on the same foot 6 months ago. The major key that I actually found astonishing was that there was ZERO patient privacy. Didnt even see a room for assessment. You have nurses talking amongst themselves about patients, nurses and doctors discussing patients and their charts right behind the waiting hallway (notice how I didnt say area), patients are basically being assessed in the hallway where people are waiting to be assessed, no privacy what so ever.
