Absolutely disgraceful experience. There are good people there but the professionals I came across were just clerks doing their business, poorly. Non existing follow up from doctors and procedures from 100 years ago were the norm.This is not a house of Medicine and Doctors. Note to management: this is the XXI century, enough with the smartphones during work time.
Do not go here...Unprofessional, Ive seen mudhuts in 3rd world countries that were cleaner than this mess! Considering this is supposed to be a sanitary place, I wonder who the inspectors and governing bodies are who are supposed to monitor and ensure this place is up to standard, because believe me this place is ATTROCIOUS for a relatively new facility!
I had baby back in 2012 the after care nurse was the sweetest lady ever she was a Jamaican lady who helped me so much with my daughter when I was in the aftercare ward... I was a younger mom and she guided me with my baby .. such a amazing nurse
Is it the luck of the draw or did the group of patients and I that were in the CT and Angio recovery area have the best nurses possible?Janet & Katherine looked like they loved their patients and their jobs .Thanks for your compassion.Jim &Barbara .
My father in law spent 3 weeks here after having a heart attack & stroke. I can appreciate that it is a busy hospital, but the entire time there was a lack of communication and besides a few nurses who truly show they care for their patients; we found many gave attitude or acted like they did not want to be there. Even after we had him transferred to a hospital closer to home (he had been there over a week) I received a call telling me they were getting ready to transfer him that week......Scary that you don't realize a patient is missing/no longer at your hospital
