I love change, but changing hairstylist is very traumatic, especially since yours moved away..far away. I was recommended to try Koi, and to see Rachel, she is awesome
Very unprofessional and rude receptionist , she has no work ethics , the only downside to this hair salon, whenever you are there just stay away from her and go straight to your barber
It can be a bit intimidating going to a trendy salon but my experience there was great. I saw Shivani for a hair cut, wash and style. She took her time with me and explained what she was doing throughout the process, making sure I got what I wanted (she even helped me better understand what I wanted in ghe first place). We also did a colour consult for future appointments, she was positive and realistic about my expectations and what she could safely do to my hair. She advised me to check out hers and the other koi stylists' IGs to see if anyone's particular style of colour best suited my needs... but honestly my experience with her was so positive I probably will rebook with her. Highly recommend. Also they take COVID-19 precautions seriously, as they should!
First of all the atmosphere is great, but what makes this place get a 5 star in my opinion is my hair dresser Shivani. She’s does a amazing job every time I come in to get my hair done, she’s very dedicated to what she does and gives it her all to make sure every customer is satisfied with their cut. All in all a great place with great people definitely would recommend her to anyone.
Really great spot for getting your hair cut the way you like, went here for the first time today and everyone was really nice, Emmanuel (no longer here) did a great job cutting my hair the way I like and being very attentive to the little details.
This was my first visit! I had to cancel my first appointment, which was politely accepted. Thank you, Koi. For the rescheduled appointment we went there 30 minutes earlier and Marco, the stand-up comedian aka the stylist was there for us. He gave us suggestions as to which hairstyle will suit me..and which will not..and was awesome from start to end. He should seriously consider doing stand-up shows if he is still not doing it. I am greatly satisfied with his service. Thank you, Marco. :)

I'm going to koi salon ever since they opened the whole team is amazing but Jorge is the best every time I go there I come out the most amazing looking hair.
I really had a great experience with Koi Salon. I came in with JET black box dye/sally beauty color in my hair for 7+ years. Previously I had tried to lighten in and had a horrific experience where I actually had to chop my 19 off to a bob because the breakage was so bad from bleach. So to say the least I came in really freaked as I havent seen a hair colorist since then. I was super anxious and despite my annoyance of saying okay I think its been on long enough, is my hair still there? every two minutes they did and amazing job to reassure me everything was going to be just fine! I had two sessions of lightening the first time they got me about 4 levels lighter the second another 1-2, second time I did highlights to even out and such we could have stayed lighther. I went from a level 1-2 to a level 5-6!! Amazing! And the abosolute best part is they used PH balance which is similar to olaplex and my hair actually came out SOFTER than before the bleach even touched it! I have extremely curly hair also which is normally quite fragile and course, usually when any type product is used my curls freak out and either go frizzy or this straight damaged yucky curl, but NONE of this happened! Im so lucky I choose to come to Koi! I had Alex and Tamara as my colorists! Thank you ladies so so much, you have no idea how much I appreciate you!
Love it here. They do a good job, and Steve and Marco (I go to whoever is available) are great at advice (to keep modern with your look and colour) talented at their craft and receptive to any changes (if you want something to be more this or that). Love this place and the people.
