Staff is very nice and helpful. The technology used makes the procedure quick and pain free. The prices are reasonable, much cheaper than any spa establishment. Looking forward to going again. Kind staff and reasonable prices! Had a nice experience at the Brampton location. Was sceptical at first with the laser hair removal but on my first visit I can already start to see results! Natalia B is very knowledgeable and explained the process and final results to me exceptionally. The procedure was very quick and painless. Looking forward to my next treatment! My face is glowing! I recently had my first visit to a skin care clinic ever - and only two weeks out from my wedding. Nerves were high! But the team immediately put me at ease, were knowledgeable, confident - and my face looks bright, even and ready for its close-up. The office is a little hard to find for first time visitors, but once inside its lovely. Already recommended to friends; will definitely be back.
Hello,I have given this clinic the benefit of doubt for over a year while receiving laser hair removal treatments. At first, I thought the poor results were due to my body getting used to the laser machine. After my 6th session, every hair follicle still grows back - no difference at all. Over time I began to notice that the ladies in this clinic (including the manager) are not diligent when covering the entire skin's surface. I will eventually post pictures of my hair growth - you will see lines and dots of hair growing back. They are also not ethical in their practice due to the following reasons:1. They will lure you into their 'packages' up front by offering lower costs than their competitors. Once you start your laser sessions, they will waste your first 6-7 sessions using very low laser settings and then after your package has been used up, they tell you to purchase more sessions as you'll be 'hair free' after 5-6 additional treatments. It's the classic dirty trick to keep customers coming back for more.2. They change the laser settings during your session. If you ask them to use higher power, they will in the moment but as soon as you close your eyes, they'll turn the machine back to a very low setting. When you ask why you no longer feel the laser ting, they will tell you it's because they turned down the power. What the heck? Proof - the areas where high power was used shows significantly less hair growth than the other areas.3. They rush through their sessions and double book for the same slot to increase their customer volume. This leads to the technicians going over areas very quickly, missing entire sections, and ultimately leaving a lot of hairs behind.4. They re-use the gel from areas that have already been lasered. This causes you to feel the burn from the laser as the gel gets very hot after it has already been used. The reason why you see so many 5 stars is because the clinic offers a $10 discount to those who give a Google review. I do not mean to defame this business but I feel very frustrated as money is not easy to earn and this clinic has exploited me for far too long and I wouldn't want another innocent consumer to be treated the same way. Their business model is - acquire as many clients as possible, open as many clinics as possible - keep people coming back for more. It's based on quantity not quality of service. :(Response to business' comment on Aug 13, 2018: No normal person would take the time to share a detailed, negative experience with a business without a valid reason. As one could assume, I have chosen to mask my name in fear of receiving poorer service. You have actually proven yourself to be a deceitful business by claiming you do not offer packages. I among many other customers are locked into your 'deals' and I also have emails and screenshots proving that these promotional offers exist. If I felt contacting the manager would have made a difference, believe me I would have. The only reason I have returned to comment is because I just finished shaving an area that has received more than a year of Laser Hair Removal treatment AGAIN. It's extremely frustrating and I feel like I have been exploited like a naive child in a toy store with high hopes.
