After a lot of research, I went with AACE Floors to replace the old hardwood floor with new engineered hardwood. I am really happy with the outcome, Raj and team did an outstanding job. They guided me through the entire process starting from the material selection till the completion, they were very accommodating and able to complete the project on time. Their contractors are committed professionals and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend AACE Floor for any flooring needs.
I would not recommend this company. AACE Floors was subcontracted by my renovation company, AGM Renovations, to install flooring in my home. After AGM abruptly shut down, AACE returned to my property without notice while I wasn’t home and took back the flooring that had already been delivered — using the lock box code from the original job. I understand they were impacted by AGM’s sudden closure, just as I was, but I had already paid for that flooring. Entering my home without permission and removing materials was a serious violation of trust and incredibly unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using this company.
We had tiling and kitchen cabinet painting done by AACE floors. Tiling work was done well but kitchen colouring work was not . It’s been only 2 years and the paint has been chipping . The contractor AACE had sent was not helpful from the very start . He would get upset very easily .
During a really difficult period for the contracting industry in Ontario, AACE was a beacon of stability for my family and I. They are real people and relate to their customers as such. They do honest work and can be trusted to complete the job properly. I would happily use them again for any of my flooring needs and highly recommend them.

My installer used this store to buy my flooring and what a joke that was. Sold him the cheapest flooring even though I picked it out myself. They replace with a no name brand. Now after a year later the floor is lifting and ruined. Store refuses to help me and get me any assistance. Store will not even acknowledge me. Bad customer service. do not recommend.
