I would like to share my appreciation for Jasleen and Dr. Mahwaush. Jasleen, is very kind-hearted and always ready to help. She guided me patiently over the phone and made sure I understood everything clearly. Her warm and supportive attitude truly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Mahwaush has also been an incredible help. She carefully listened to my case and suggested the best options for me. Her advice and guidance were very thoughtful, and I felt that she truly cared about my well-being. I am very thankful to both Jasleen and Dr. Mahwaush for their support, professionalism, and kindness.
I visited this clinic for my mom’s shoulder pain. She has Super Visa insurance and saw Dr. Waqar Cheema as a walk-in patient. The doctor was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in diagnosing and addressing her issue. The reception staff, pharmacy, and everyone at the clinic were extremely patient and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience, and I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommend
I have no words to thanks to dr mahwaush . She is a great doctor . She helped me from 2022 during my pregnancy to till now for my baby . She is very kind doctor. All staff members are very nice and counter girl is also very polite .
Visited few times. Not coming again. In the end the doctor showed he really did not care. Find yourself a better clinic but not this one. Let me tell you what happened: I went to Dr Shittu seeking help with my issues and had to beg him to refer me to a specialist. Eventually i go to that specialist and her name is Dr Ben Omran, "gyno". I put it in quotations cause she is one of the worst doctors i have ever seen. If u need a gyno dont ever go to her. I went back to Dr Shittu with an appt keep that in mind. I made an appt to go see him ok? I go see him asking him to guide me and help me go to another doctor and i explain my experience with her and he dismisses it not believing me. Then he says he has no time and has patients to see and left the room leaving me shocked. Another useless uncaring doctor
this is the worst clinic ever, neither do they call their patients or see the patients at the clinic. if you have an appointment, they will not call you the same day. you will need to keep emailing them to remind you that you have a appointment and that you’re dying and that you want to speak to a doctor and then they will call you after so many hours…. Sometimes they will forget your prescription, The pharmacy will deduct your insurance without your consent. Literally the worst clinic ever. The receptionist is the most rudest person I’ve come across, They need to teach her customer service skills!!! let me repeat again the receptionist is super rude and does not have any customer service skills. They should replace their staff and be nice to their patients
This Doctor was a great listener and willing to do different tests needed to determine my chronic knee pain, and other issues, if it wasn't for Dr. W. Cheema being attentive and caring, I would have had to go down south and seek medical care. I am grateful this doctor is taking full responsibility to provide the best medical care for patients.
The worst ever experience dealing with pathetic receptionist who is extremely rude , unprofessional and who doesn't know abcd of managing the office operations. You call them and she will give you information which is totally opposite to what you get when you arrive at the clinic. Have been a patient with DR Cheema for 4 years but the experience is getting worst each time i visit this clinic. Your staff definitely need to attend an antiquate and behavior class and should learn to respect people's time too. Dr Cheema if you ever get to read this comment , do call me to know in detail.
