The doctor Erimona is the best one I have ever had. Now, for the front desk, they are terrible. We called to book an appointment and they put us on hold for more than 4 minutes. It is too long too wait. They don't even come back on the line. Usually it is suppose to be 2 minutes and come back. They are the worst.
Just replying to the previous review, it was complete bullshit and it bothered me seeing this misleading information, and defaming the doctors and staff. The staff at this clinic has never given these kinds of problems and the doctors are amazing. Ive been going there for almost 2 yrs now. I dont know how you think the medical system works but if you cancel your appointment you dont get charged, and on top of that its pretty standard for majority clinics to have a no show fee. If anything there was definitely some miscommunication on your end, sounds like a you problem. I highly recommend this clinic though!!
VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE DOCTOR. NEVER GO HERE OR TAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WILL FIRST CANCEL SOMEONE ELSE APPOINTMENT AND CALL YOU TO TAKE THAT APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOOTING MONEY FROM YOU FOR A NO SHOW EVEN IF YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL(BECAUSE THEY WOULD NEVER PICK UP THE CALL). SO THAT THEY COULD GRAB MONEY FROM YOU. They are not to here to take care of your health, but to make money besides our tax money. CHECK THE SCREEN SHOT BELOW. THEY INTENTIONALLY SEND REMINDER ONLY WITHIN 24 hrs of appointment, SO THAT IF YOU CANCEL THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER SMS THAT SAYS CANCELLATION NOT POSSIBLE WITHIN 48 hrs. WHY CAN’T SEND THE REMINDER before 48 hrs of appointment? THIS MAKES NO SENSE..! too absurd.
If you are looking for a fantastic doctor, look no further. Dr. Erimona and all staff members are nothing short of excellent. Dr. ERIMONA is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to your health and well being. I'm sure when I say thank you very much for your support, this would be from all your patients.
Dr. Erimona is a very kind physician who always listens to your concerns, gives you a smile, and treats you with respect. I would definitely recommend him!
I dont even want to leave a review so more people dont come lol. Dr Erimona is the BEST doctor honestly. There is nobody i feel more comfortable with in regards to my health and especially the health of my children. He is extremely gentle and patient. He is knowledgeable and ACTUALLY LISTENS AND ACTUALLY CARES. This man is truly a blessing.
Great Service, But Timely Concerns I've been a regular at Healthmax-hub Medical Center, and I must say, the doctors and staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the level of care is top-notch. However, my consistent concern revolves around time management at the clinic. Despite the friendly environment, I find myself waiting 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment every time. This delay is noticeable, especially with a line of patients patiently waiting for their turn. I've attempted scheduling appointments on different days and times, hoping to avoid the prolonged wait, but unfortunately, the pattern persists. It would be fantastic if the clinic could address this issue to enhance the overall experience. Edit After a recent visit: Even after a year, it seems there’s still room for improvement with time management. I noticed that the delays might be because appointments are scheduled just 10 minutes apart, so if someone needs a little extra time, it quickly adds up. It would be great if management could take a closer look at this, as waiting 30–40 minutes for a scheduled appointment can be frustrating despite planning ahead.
