Please do not give your expensive stuff to this cheap shop for dry cleaning. I have gave them my Aritzia coat for dry cleaner and I tried them first time just because I was at the plaza so I gave them the coat for dry cleaning just before the winters. I picked up the coat my mistake was only I trust this shop for dry cleaning and I didnt check that my belt is not there for my coat. When I took It out to wear it my belt was missing I went back to the shop and talked to the young guy there. He mentioned it to me we dont know let me find out. And at some point he mentioned it to me that how can I beleive that you gave it to us for the dry cleaning so I showed him my bank transaction receipt of their shop as obvi after picking up my coat I discard my receipt. Then after following up for a month one person told me belt is at the plant and they can get it back in a week then they will call me. After following up with them so many times they lost it and said we dont have it. They ruined my expensive coat. Please beware giving your expensive stuff to this store as there are soo many proper dry cleaners shops out there. They ruined my almost brand new coat and the guy who I spoke with soooo rude. Please don't use this store for dry cleaning. They dont know how to talk to a women. DONT TRUST THEM WHEN IT COMES TO DRY CLEANING. PLEASE!
Ruined my white clothes with new stains. When I complained, the staff refused responsibility and were dismissively rude. Do not trust them with your items.
If they don’t provide service to you and refuse to credit money. Then simply report the transaction as fraudulent with your bank and they will help you reverse it, even though several days have passed. I just did it
The owner of this place is one of the worst people you will ever deal with I never see some body like him he is a very very very rude person specially with the women he has no respect to the women he has a very bad attitude he yelled and shouted at me for no reason and told me to shut up many times while I was talking to him,I advise the ladies not to go there, I told my husband what happened with me and he came to talk with the owner, the reactions of the owner totally changed when he saw my husband and tried to lies even.
Rudest customer service experience we have ever received, the owner has no respect for woman as he was telling my wife to shut up multiple times and was overall very disrespectful and had zero communication skills. I wonder how he would feel if someone did that to HIS wife or daughter. The place is also overpriced, I would never recommend this place to anyone as there are many different dry cleaning places in the area.
It is the worst shop . They spoiled my new suit. I gave them for dry cleaning. It was having light very light small marks but they used hard bleaches and the colour get off and my suit got patches. I warn them on the day i came to give like pls dont be harsh with my suit but they spoiled it completely. They charged me$45 for it . The worst experience. Please never go .
Horrible experience, went to get my garments altered and they called and told me was ready for pickup, went in and they didn’t even touch it. 0/10 and the customer service is horrible. Don’t take your garments here.
