I visited Urban Planet today and had a great experience. The manager named Savneet at cash helped me with an online return, even though I had three large purchases. She was very patient, professional, and handled everything smoothly. I really appreciated her help and positive attitude. Great customer service!
I usually do not like this store mostly because some people do not do their jobs and make me wait, but today had to pick something up fast since I was in a rush and luckily this girl Alexia after she helped me get the track suit in couple seconds also took care of all the people in line before me as fast as possible. It was like 5 min in and out because of her!! I think urban should hire more people like her, not lazy ones like the other workers.
I recently purchased over $400 worth of items from the Urban Planet store at Bramalea City Centre. Unfortunately, one of the items was ruined despite following the washing instructions on the manufacturing tag. When I reached out to same store to address the issue, I encountered unprofessional and hostile behavior from the store manager, who even refused to provide her name. As a returning customer, I have always preferred this location for its convenience. However, after this experience, I am reconsidering my decision to shop there in the future. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that customers receive respectful and professional service. Please let me know how this issue can be addressed. Very bad customer service. I was there by 4.30 today, was just queuing up and the one girl at the billing counter was like the queue is on other side. I told was there here for a bit and some people just walked in on other side queuing up. She was kind of arrogant and was like go back on the other side. Hope there's some training for this sales reps, how to talk to customers.
I was dismayed to see all the cashiers acting as though they didn't want to be working when my 14-year-old daughter and I went shopping for Christmas. no hello, no smile, no thank you. Not a sign of good management.
Prices were misguided to us .On asking to manager, she was super rude ,arrogant to us and even did not bother us to apologise As their staff told us the wrong prices.Even they did not refund our returns just immediately after the billing .Girl on the counter did not bother to share their details and call the manager . Will never go to this store .Worst experience and share my feedback to everyone in my contact
