Went there today while shopping in the same plaza and was told appointment based only. There were two of them just sitting there. One of them could have helped me but just looked at me, the store was recommended to me by a friend. I literally had no budget but decided to take my money elsewhere because they think they are so busy and high end and can't take a customer when the store was empty. The reviews match my opinion of them as well. Nothing special about this place go elsewhere.
I am extremly, extremly disappointed with their service. No doubt they very exclusive stuff but I have not seen such irresponsible and careless business people in my life. I had bought a lengha from them 3 years ago. The fitting if the blouse was not good, so they promised to make a new one for me. It was all PAID for. Until today, I have not received that item. Everytime I go to their store, I hear the same story that "Agli Baar Jab Aaoge Tau Ready Hoga". They have given me this false hope at least ten times. They ought to know that to run a successful, thriving business, customer service and satisfaction is of prime importance. I've just given up on them!!!!
I bought outfit for my brothers weddings and it came beyond my expecationts .just love the way she made my outfit and helped me ....must recommend to all .cutomer service was very good
Such horrible service, I had a bride go into the store today and the lady working there was absolutely out of line and rude! Before saying hello we were welcomed with a “do you have an appointment” while giving the ladies a look from bottom to top! Do not step foot in this place, you will know what I mean if you do!
I bought outfit for my niece she love the outfit and she got lot of compliments..Thank you neemzari couture I highly recommend this store .. and our whole family will be there permanent customers now. Quality of fabrics ,designs and customer service is awesome..
Highly recommend this place. I ordered an outfit on a very short timeline and they delivered earlier than expected. I got so many compliments on the outfit. I will definitely be shopping here alot more.
