Me and my friends went to Guess Store with our wife only to pick up an online order for a jacket. Instead of a simple pickup, the staff treated us very poorly. They made false and offensive accusations, claiming we were looking at their female employees inappropriately, which is completely untrue and ridiculous. Making such allegations while we were there with our wife is disrespectful and unprofessional. This experience was embarrassing and unacceptable. We will not be returning and do not recommend this store
Very bad experience at Guess store. The employees have an extremely poor attitude and treated us disrespectfully. They made false and fake allegations against us, which was shocking and humiliating. Completely unprofessional behavior. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
Bad Experience at Guess Store I had a very disappointing experience at the Guess store. The staff member who assisted me was rude, showed a lot of attitude, and did not speak properly. Customer service was very poor, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable. Because of this behavior, I will not be shopping at this store again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the extremely poor experience I had at your store. We had visited the store only to collect an online-ordered jacket. We were not there to browse or cause any issue. However, a female staff member wearing a red top and black jeans showed unnecessary attitude and behaved very rudely toward us. Along with her, a staff member named Vinesh was also involved. Without any valid reason, false allegations were made against us, which was both embarrassing and unacceptable. This kind of behavior toward customers is highly unprofessional. When we asked to speak with the store manager, the staff refused to inform us who the manager was, denying us the opportunity to resolve the matter properly. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I request that this issue be taken seriously. Customers deserve respect and transparency, especially when simply collecting an order they have already paid for. I expect appropriate action and a response regarding this matter.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a store. The staff were hostile, arrogant, and completely out of control. They acted aggressively and made baseless, false allegations with zero evidence. This level of behavior is disgraceful and reflects a total lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic human decency. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs……
I visited Guess today with my sister, and I have to say that Isaac truly surpassed our expectations as a sales associate. He was so genuine and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect present. His fashion expertise was outstanding, and his customer service made the experience exceptional. I wish him nothing but the best!
