If I could give zero stars i would. Worst customer service from head office i have ever seen from a retailer. They dont care about the customer and are condescending. Do yourself a favor and don't shop there, save yourself the trouble of dealing with ridiculous people.

The staff was more into their weekend plans and what was on their phones than the customer. When they finally looked up to help they were nice girls, they just need better customer service training.
My 9 year old loves Urban kids. Clothes that are comfortable and very stylish. Track pants are best fit for him. Thanks Urban kids you've answered my prayers.
