Hey i visited at urban kids clothes are so good.. here but i felt very bad because when i entered clothes were folded so i was looking through clothes nd one of the african girl saw me in very bad way…i stood there for 10-15 minutes nd she was just looking at me wondering wht i was doing
It was a nice experience! Yesterday I went to the store and met this girl who was brown and tall ! Unfortunately I forgot the name but she helped me in the fitting room ! Thankyou for the service ! I would love to visit again because of her
The website have the closing hours as 6 pm however I arrive at the store before 6 pm and the door was already closed on two different days . I also called one day to confirm the closing time and although it was before six the lady who answered the phone told me that they were already closed. It seems as though they don’t care about the customers. How about working parents who just rush from work to get to the store for an outfit for a child birthday or some occasion just to be disappointed that they closed before six pm. Disappointed!!
Manager and customer service is very very bad. They were not supportive at all and they were not willing to share their head office or escalation number.
If I could give 0 stars I would I had a 100 dollar bill and was about to pay and the store manager said that they don’t accept 100 dollar bills and apparently she has the rights to not accept 100 dollar bills. Store manager is very rude. Don’t ever come to this store.
Great customer service, love how the staff genuinely tries to help in the best way possible by asking the supervisor/ manager when the staff is not sure , reasonable prices for kids clothing!
They sell clothes for 6 and up only but it’s not advertised anywhere in website or in store. Quite disappointed as I had driven 30 mins only to hear this
