I really don't want to put review about suzy shier located in Bramlea city centre because i always love shopping from this brand. But today i came for buy a dress and i really disappointed when i asked some questions about the dress from the girl working there. She talked with us very rudely. When i went to the checkout counter to buy the dress i got to know she was the manager. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from the management with the customers.
On December 09 , Manager 325769 I attempted to exchange an item of clothing that I had purchased. I had both the original receipt and the tag, but the tag was not attached to the same place of the clothing. Despite having all required proof of purchase, the manager refused to process the exchange or provide store credit. What concerns me even more is that the customer before me was able to return several items that were in very poor and damaged condition, and the manager accepted the return without hesitation. That return was processed fully, even though the items were in worse condition than mine. This situation felt extremely unfair and inconsistent. I had all the proper documentation, yet I was denied an exchange or refund, while another customer with damaged items was assisted with no issue. This inconsistency in applying the return policy is frustrating and unprofessional. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed, and that the store honors the exchange or refund according to the policy, especially since I provided all proof of purchase. I also believe the manager’s attitude and selective enforcement of store policies should be addressed to prevent future negative experiences for customers.
There’s been a few times I’ve visited Suzy and every single time Ash has been great help. She has a very vibrant and kind personality! Ash made our shopping experience super smooth and enjoyable!
Very bad service in the bramlea city centre SUZY SHEIR store. If there would be negative review I would have given that. Brought ughs from this store, sales person/cashier never told that it was on final sale. Due to some problem in the ughs, went to the store for exchange within a week.The lady there refused to exchange because it was on final sale as per her and their Store policy. I showed her the circle made on the receipt by the chasier on the day of purchase, which states, "exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase in any store in the bramptom", & and the cashier never told about final sale. But these girls were so stubborn that they were not accepting their mistake, argued very badly and rudely refused to exchange or give store credit. VERY VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE.
The last time i visited the store at Bramalea a month back, I was mesmerized by the excellent collection they have this season. Staff is polite and helpful. Subscribed to membership (paid) and encased 20% additional discount on that days purchase, and will get 10% on all purchases for a year. Now I check out the collection every week.
Bad customer service by 2 girls working at this suzy location(closing time 30-08-2024). Rude and not helpfull at all. Please improve your attitude towards your customer. Never giving my business here.
Worst suzy store ever. I wanted a XS size in one of the dresses the worker said they dont have it. I told her there is one on the statue, she said we cannot remove it. I finally chose 3 outfits to try and she said the fitting room is closed. How can someone buy without trying. I will never suggest this store to someone.
