Cashier boy was very helpful but the cashier girl today around 7:30 was giving me weird reaction on asking price while checking out as i did not know the price after 30% off so i asked her.. she was not happy to answer..
Customer service at this location leaves A LOT to be desired… the exact opposite of the usual Roots quality, especially the cashier Nav. Based on a lot of the other reviews , it seems like the poor sales etiquette is the norm..
I went to the store with my sister, staff is very unwelcoming and rude. That’s why no one likes to go over there I guess. We were only 2 customers inside the entire store still the guy and hijab girl were behaving like stupids who don’t have any etiquettes to deal with customers. Owner or Manager should train them well.
Today i came into the store, not welcomed by the way and didn't ask if i needed help, Some girl with a hijab was super rude towards me, her attitude was crazy super disrespectful she needs to be fired immediately, there are so many reviews online about shes super rude, i was so disgusted with the customer service that i left without a purchase. I can speak for everyone that has gone while she was there. She doesn't deserve to have a job in customer service please fix that.
5 stars for the product and 10000 stars for Shanna, she is a gem! Definitely needs recognition from upper level. She helped me with my fits and I walked out with 2 full wardrobes! Highly recommend this roots! So pleased with Shanna!!!
Very poor customer service. A tall and slim south Indian guy of dark colour not punjabi is so rude with customers and even don’t know how to talk with 5 year kid and it happened 3 times to me when he is rude with my kid or some other kids in store. I was thinking to purchase many products from this store today because of black friday but because of his rudeness I left the store right away. One Indian girl was nice and were helping for everything but this tall guy have no etiquette at all. I recommend everyone not to go this store unless owner of this store takes action against this guy.
If I could give them minus stars I would have given -5. 15 minutes before closing they tell anyone waking in the store that only walk in if you are buying. Well, obviously we will buy if we see and like something. So unprofessional. If you are so much in hurry to pack your bags and sign off for the day then you should not be in customer service.
