I purchased a few things online from Ricki's and I will never purchase anything online again! Firstly, It took three weeks for me to get my purchase. Secondly, who ever packed the items entered the wrong street number on the package which resulted in the courier contacting me to confirm the address as their delivery driver couldn't find my address. Thirdly to make matters worse, I was missing one item from my package. When I contacted customer service they were putting blame on the courier and not accepting fault for their mistake. If you are going to take over a another company, you need to make sure your service is exemplary inorder to keep existing customers and gain new ones. I will never shop online again with Ricki's!
I used to be a loyal customer of Ricki’s but unfortunately I will not be returning, solely due to the obnoxious attitude of the lady there. I was in the store with my daughter to pick up a few items and my daughter was just looking at a few pieces of jewellery that was hung on the side. Not removing the pieces, just touching them - the way kids would do at any store. The lady there immediately came over to tell my husband that my daughter should leave the jewellery alone. I think it’s a lot to expect from a 9 year old that they should simply not touch things in a store. We have been to numerous stores in both Canada and US where there have been no such restrictions in place. I get it if it’s something really expensive but this was just ordinary costume jewellery. The two stars are for the clothes I bought - they were good. But I am done with this store.
Very Rude staff, judgemental approach, unprofessional behaviour.... denied size exchange as i always buy size 8 from Ricki's and cleo But this size 8 way too small, when its not a customer's issue, i never wanted to even try as i wear size 8. Went back from home within 4 hours. She wont even talk, very rude and not listening. They even talk to each other with facial expressions like customer is dumb and idiot when customer teach sign language. I hope i get manager's attention here as this approach in customer service is not acceptable. Bunch of same rude attitude ladies they hired....
Went to the store to purchase a few items today for my wife and the ladies working provided me with excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back because the staff members was very helpful on helping me make the right decisions. Thank you
I purchased a pair of pants from this store five days ago. Upon trying them on at home, I realized the size was too tight. When I returned to the store to request a return or exchange, I was informed that it could not be processed because the size sticker was missing—despite the pants still having the price tag attached and being in perfect, unworn condition. While I understand the need for certain return policies, the way I was treated by the staff member was completely unprofessional. She was dismissive, rude, and refused to even consider an exchange. Her tone and behavior were unacceptable, especially towards a customer who was simply trying to follow up on a recent purchase.
I actually wanted to get some clothes and I even selected one. But didn’t got them because the lady working there was so rude. She was on phone call the whole time, didn’t even say hello …
