Rude employee , who was serving changing room on 13 Dec at 5:30 pm ( Looks Like South Asian lady) who was so rude, pathetic experience and unprofessional behavior.
Incredible and affordable place! Double level with the cutest bathing suits currently on the lower level. Upper level is super nice too, with a great shoe section.
Loved everything about it. But please please please keep some seating arrangement for men while their women shop. I guess I would be speaking in behalf of all the men out there XD.
If there was an option for 0 stars, I would definitely select that option. I know someone who worked here and this person had to quit because of the unfair and disrespectful manager and supervisor of this store. The manager is super cheap, treats employees like peasants and does not know how to respectfully negotiate with customers. She needs to be fired ASAP! I don’t even know who placed her as a manage. And on top of that she is so afraid of her boss that she forces her employees to act like their working hard to impress her boss! I don’t recommend anyone to shop there, plus the quality of the clothes are trash so don’t even bother wasting your money!
I would like to start off by saying that I myself, am a manager at a high traffic retail store and I truly believe the manager at this location needs to be coached and trained on how to give customer service. The rude and arrogant tone she speaks to customers with is unprofessional and gross. She acted as though she wanted me to pick a fight with her when I accepted the information she gave me. She was clearly trying to be-little me and make me feel dumb for no reason. Will not be shopping here and won’t be surprised when forever21 goes out of business once again for not having better control on whose leading their stores.
Loving the new vibe can’t beleive your back @ bcc. Been 3 times and it’s amazin. I wish the changin rooms were open had to go back to exchange to my size.
Tamia is the sweetest and most cooperative manager at this location. She is very helpful and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the store. Coming from a former employee here, she is such a great and hardworking person! :)
