It was an absolutely awesome experienced with Chanel on Feb 14 bought a cardigan and a sweater went back and bought a kerry dress she is helpful kind friendly and a cheerful person to talk to and definitely makes you fel so good this is verey good customer service keep up the good work Chanel

Terrible customer service I bought a jacket from here last night and quality was not up to par with the price and I tried to return it the manager was absolutely no help and them and their customer service are completely confused and lack basic communication amongst each other and they made it seem like at was it fault, mind you I bought the jacket yesterday…
