Such poor customer service. I got confused about a price and politely asked a staff member for help. His response was, “If you have eyes, go and look.” This is completely unacceptable. He was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. Customer service means assisting customers, not insulting them. Please choose your staff more wisely — this experience was extremely disappointing
Worst store in canada they lied regarding thier policy, I asked her so many times if I can return and she said yes because I bought something for my daughter and she might not like it, when I came back to return she was telling me no return just exchange, another customer was in the store she heard me complaining she said they did the same to me they say you can return then when you come back they tell you we dont have return, I don’t recommend this location at all, not professional at all
I would give 0 stars if I could, went on labour day, such rude staff, wont let u touch the stuff and they have to cleanup, no manners talking to the customers, horrible, need to learn some customer service skills, BLUE NOTES, please teach ur staff to BEHAVE!

That Asian store manager Fozia is I'll-mannered and has no communication skills. Every time I come here I have a negative interaction with her. She only approaches the customers with attitude. If she isn't happy with this job doesn't mean she has to take it out on us. She isn't doing the customer's favour and needs to learn the proper way of approaching others. Not even as an employee but a decent human being. Coming to this location is a disappointment every single time because of this lady.
Store owner needs to talk to the old asian lady named Fozia. She has so much attitude towards everyone. Every time we come here her condescending tone ruins our shopping experience. If she doesn't know how to approach customers then please shift her elsewhere. Customers don't deserve to be treated rudely for absolutely no reason. I am extremely disappointed in Bluenotes customer service skills. So many issues are being dealt with her and no actions are being taken. I won't be recommending this location to anyone from now on.
The store manager Fozia is so disrespectful to all customers. She always has an attitude and is extremely arrogant. We never do anything to her and she begins approaching us in such a rude manner. I don't know why but her tone is always so hurtful. I love shopping at this store but everytime I leave the store I have tears in my eyes. She's so rude and no action is being taken towards this. This issue is being taken so lightly. I don't know who made her the manager but they need to review their decisions.
